Literature Matters
 

Literature Matters is a newletter issued two or three times per year by the British Council's Literature Department in London. It aims to bring readers up to date with personalities, publications and events in Britain and the wider world of writing in English.
Literature Matters contains items on contemporary novelists, literary prizes and periodicals as well as on the range of exhibitions, publications, conferences and courses offered by the British Council. Literature Matters can be ordered free of charge.
