Problems logging in to the ECS web site

6 November 2002

Update 13 November 2002: The problem has now been resolved. ECS apologises for any inconvenience caused.

Some people may be experiencing difficulties accessing the password-protected sections of the ECS web site.

When logging in to the site, you may be asked to supply a 'domain', in addition to the username and password. If you are not normally asked to enter a domain, then you can try leaving this field blank. If this does not allow you to access the password-protected areas of the site, then unfortunately you will be unable to until the problem has been resolved, which we hope will be in the next 24 hours.

As far as we are aware, this problem is not affecting access to the subscribers area of the GETIS web site or any of the public areas of the British Council web site.
