  • German Protocol Talks, Bonn, Germany. October 1999

    Protocol talks are held every year between Connect Youth International and France, Germany, Italy and Portugal. It does so under the specific Foreign and Commonwealth Ofice cultural agreements which date back to the 1950s.

    These are training courses to develop the skills of those involved in international youth work projects that are taking place through the Partnership Agreement between the European Commission and the Council of Europe.
