The British Council can assist representatives of UK suppliers offering goods and services in education and training, science and research, books, information and the arts in winning and increasing their market share overseas.

Our network of centres does this through a range of free services such as providing basic information on market opportunities and information about the country in question, holding introductory briefings with exporters and displaying their promotional literature.

We also offer charged services which vary from country to country depending on local capacity. Each centre has a specification of the levels of service they can offer. The charged services available include interpreting, translating, setting up exhibitions, and placing advertisements in the local media.
