Through our worldwide science network we build partnerships and encourage links and networking between scientists, engineers and research managers to encourage innovation. We have two main programmes:

International Networking for Young Scientists (INYS) is a new initiative which encourages and facilitates the mobility of, and direct contact between, young researchers. It supports face-to-face meetings between young scientists and engineers from the UK and other countries, for the exchange of ideas, knowledge and information and the building of international connections.

Our Partnership programmes promote links and contacts between British and other European higher education, research institutions and laboratories. They are designed to facilitate collaborations in areas of mutual interest by the enhancement and transfer of research and teaching expertise. Click on the links to find out more.

Also, have a look at our publications and other resources , which will help you keep up-to-date on developments in the fast changing field of science and technology both in the UK and overseas. For example, our monthly bulletin, Science Insight provides the latest developments in the world of science in the UK, and European RTD Insight provides news on EU research and policy.
